Prolap-flap - Caroskin

Prolap flap with velcro can be worn together with the stoma belt in case of a prolapse.

The prolapse flap is attached to the stoma belt with Velcro. In this way, counter-pressure can be built up to push the prolapse back into the abdominal wall.

What is a prolapse with a stoma?

  • A piece of bowel comes out through the stoma opening
  • The size of the protrusion can be from approximately 4cm - 50cm long
